Low season
November - March €500/week or €100/day or €1290/month
Possibility to book long term stay in winter/year for an adjusted price.
Mid season
April - 1 June: €625/week or €110/day or €1760/month
September - October: €625/week or €110/day or €2000/month
Mid/high season
June 1 - 28: €860/week or €125/day
High season
28 June - 31 August: €1000/week or €145/day
- In high season min. 7 nights, other period min. 4 nights.

- A booking deposit of 30% is required, balance 60 days before beginning holiday.
- Extra charges: cleaning fee of 75 euros will be charged once per stay.
- Please note our cancellation policy: 100% penalty when cancellation occurs less than 30 days, 75% penalty between 30-60 days. No penalty outside of 60 days.
